How to Growth your YouTube channel.

Hello friends!

Today’s topic is how to Growth our YouTube channel and we can start earning from our YouTube channel. How can we reach 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of watch time on our channel, without any hassle? If you came to this article with the same thought, then you're reading the right, valuable content.

The world follows one rule – no one helps others for free. If you want to get something done from someone, you’ll need to make sacrifices and provide support yourself. This blog is especially for new YouTubers who are constantly worried about their YouTube channel. They wonder why, despite all their hard work, their channel or videos aren’t going viral. Don’t worry, friends; in today’s blog, you’ll find answers and solutions to all your questions.

My name is Ramakant. I’m also a YouTuber, and I want to share everything with you from my own experience. So read this article carefully without skipping, and gain insights on how to grow your YouTube channel. Let’s begin with this blog.

Friends, one thing 100% understand this – no one in this world is truly selfless.

Today, everyone is selfish. If you want to build a career in the digital work line, then remember strongly it the first people who may discourage you are your own family, acquaintances, relatives, and friend circle. This happens in 90% of cases. Their discouragement can be harsh and painful. None of them will stand by you initially.

However, once you achieve your goals and start earning, these same people will come around. Before that, you may have to face many challenges. In such situations, some even go as far as to harm themselves. This is my own experience that I’m sharing with you.

But consider me as your brother or friend, and achieve your goals. That is my heartfelt wish for you. Everything I’m sharing is from my own experience and effort. Now let’s understand how to become a successful YouTuber.

Now, the information I’ll be giving you will all be based on YouTube’s guidelines, algorithm requirements, community guidelines, and policies.

This will help you understand how to grow your channel and make each of your videos viral. First, let’s understand what the rules of YouTube are. The first thing to focus on is your content. A new YouTuber should pay attention to several key aspects.

No. 1: How many videos do you upload on YouTube in a day?

For your information, it’s essential to upload at least 2 videos daily. Within 28 days, your channel should typically have around 50 to 55 videos, whether they are shorts or long videos. None of these videos should have any copyright issues, like a copyright claim or strike. If a claim arises, it can be resolved through YouTube Studio, but if there’s a copyright strike, it can lead to serious issues. The best action is to delete the content immediately if there’s any copyright claim or strike; otherwise, YouTube might delete it itself or even terminate your channel.

I overlooked these details, which led to YouTube permanently deleting two of my channels. The channel I am using to share this article with you now is my new one, created just 11 days ago. On my previous channels, watch time was almost complete, and only about 100-150 subscribers were needed to meet the threshold. Imagine if someone’s channel gets permanently deleted in such a situation. My advice is to delete any video with a copyright issue immediately. Now, I am applying this approach on my new channel, and I haven’t faced any problems since.

No. 2: How does a video go viral?

This is an essential topic. According to YouTube's algorithm, until you have a total of 1000 videos uploaded on your channel, YouTube won’t actively push your videos to a larger audience. I learned this from YouTube’s help desk when my two channels were permanently deleted. Many YouTubers suggest turning on certain settings, but this is mostly rumor. By saying such things, they complete their own watch time with your help, as their main goal is simply to keep earning from their channels.

If you want your videos to go viral, I’ll share a genuine suggestion at the end of this article that can help with monetization as well as gaining subscribers and watch time. For your video to go viral, keep the title relevant to the content. There’s no need to copy others' titles. When someone searches for that title on YouTube, it will likely show the original creator’s video rather than yours, causing your video to remain unseen. This, in turn, promotes their content instead of yours.

YouTube continuously tests your content to assess your consistency. Don’t get discouraged. YouTube will eventually start promoting your videos to others. In the meantime, increase your watch time by viewing your videos on other devices like mobiles, laptops, or PCs (but don’t watch from your own channel, as it will reduce your watch time).

Until your channel is monetized, avoid making any mistakes that go against YouTube’s guidelines. Use the same title in the video description and tag section that you have on the video itself. You can add additional details in the description, as desired.

No. 3: How to Avoid Copyright Issues

If you’re unable to create videos yourself or don’t wish to show your face, and instead, of download and upload others' videos on your channel, you need to be cautious. Doing this will almost certainly lead to copyright issues. I’ve previously discussed ways to avoid these issues, but here’s an additional method that will help ensure copyright problems don’t arise.

Whenever you upload a video you downloaded from another creator, make sure to add some of your own creative activity to it. For example, make small changes to any images in the video or use AI to alter the audio. If the audio is in a male voice, you can convert it to a female voice, and vice versa. This can help prevent copyright claims. Choose whichever method suits you best, but remember to delete the video immediately if you still encounter copyright issues. After making further adjustments, you can re-upload it. Copyright strikes are a serious risk for your channel, so always keep an eye out.

No. 4: How to Monetize Your Channel

If any of your channel’s videos have copyright issues, violate YouTube’s guidelines, or contain spam or violent content, your channel will never be eligible for monetization. YouTube’s community guidelines team determines what constitutes spam and violence. This means that your videos should not contain content that promotes or depicts things like sexual content, murder, harmful or offensive messages, criminal behavior, distressing imagery of poor children, hate speech against politicians, rape, explicit scenes, revengeful dialogues, or anything that violates laws. All videos should be clean and respectful, just like an ideal character. Only then will your channel be ready for monetization, allowing you to start earning sooner.

If you want to upload videos on restricted topics (like sensitive or explicit content), you’ll need a license, which can be quite expensive. Such a license can cost hundreds of thousands. If you can afford it, then you’re allowed to post on these topics and can earn significantly from it.

To monetize your channel, you know that you must achieve 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 hours of watch time within one year. However, reaching this goal has become more challenging. You may have noticed that YouTube now allows viewers to watch a preview of a video without actually clicking on it. This feature gives views to creators, but not watch time. Watch time is only counted when someone clicks on your video and watches it directly. YouTube’s autoplay feature keeps the watch time for itself, which has become a big challenge for new YouTubers. A solution to overcome this challenge is shared in this article.

No. 5: Proper Use of YouTube Studio

Many people repeatedly open YouTube Studio, but I suggest avoiding frequent use of it as it may reduce your views and watch time. If you need to check YouTube Studio, try to do it only once a month. You can track video analytics and manage uploads and downloads through the YouTube app itself, so there’s no need to open YouTube Studio frequently. If you’re unsure, check it out—open YouTube Studio again the next day, and you might notice your views and watch time appear lower.

Some YouTubers say to adjust certain settings in YouTube Studio to get lots of views. This isn’t accurate. If you have any doubts, reach out directly to YouTube Help for reliable advice. New YouTubers should focus mainly on creating great content; YouTube will handle the rest.

No. 6: Why Earnings Don’t Start Even After Channel Monetization

Many new YouTubers turn to paid promotions, thinking it’ll quickly lead to monetization and income. However, they often don’t see any earnings. This happens because everything has its natural timing—just as fruit forced to ripen early won’t taste as sweet, the digital world also has a proper process.

YouTube tracks the IP address of each device. If you meet the monetization requirements within four months, YouTube’s algorithm often detects this as forced progress. Channels that achieve monetization this way may not actually generate income. Ideally, with paid promotion, there should be at least a 10-11 month gap to ensure you’re eligible for earnings, with about a 95% success rate. The remaining 5% depends on the quality and relevance of your content. Every goal has a systematic path.

No. 7: Trust and Patience

Most YouTubers didn’t get subscribers' support from friends, family, or acquaintances when they started. Many had to find creative ways to reach their subscriber and watch time goals, and some even relied on paid promotion, which could take over a year.

YouTube’s requirement isn’t just about meeting 1K subscribers and 4K watch hours but also about working consistently for at least a year. Without this timeframe, YouTube’s system won’t promote or prioritize your channel fully, and privacy settings won’t be fully enabled.

If you rush monetization, your channel might be monetized, but you may not see any earnings. Instead, trust the process and work steadily. Remember, the stress of monetization doesn’t end there; after monetization, it can increase tenfold. My next video on my YouTube channel @DiscoveryVlogsbbsr,  will cover what to do after monetization so you can ensure lifelong earnings.

No. 8: Benefits and Drawbacks of Paid Promotion

If you're trying to monetize your channel quickly, paid promotion can be an option. Paid promotion allows you to reach YouTube’s requirements without much effort. Remember, until you have 1,000 subscribers, your channel holds limited value. This is why many new YouTubers opt for paid promotion. YouTube also offers its own paid promotion options, but there’s a difference between private paid promotion and YouTube’s paid promotion.

In private paid promotion, your channel can almost certainly meet YouTube’s requirements. But with YouTube’s paid promotion, YouTube will send your content to potential viewers. However, there’s no guarantee they will subscribe, and YouTube will continue charging for promotions each month.

Many people invest in private paid promotions, paying anywhere from 10K to 25K INR, to quickly reach monetization. However, even if your channel becomes monetized through paid promotion, you may not earn revenue from it. To gain real income, it’s better to let your channel grow over a year, which will help it develop organically.

We also help others monetize their channels. You may notice my own channel has limited subscribers because we’re currently helping new YouTubers grow. Due to this, we don’t have time to focus on our own channel.

No. 9: Benefits of Our Paid Promotion Services

Those who join our membership plan receive one hour of watch time and three subscribers daily. We provide up to 1,000 subscribers, and the one-hour watch time continues daily for life. We complete YouTube’s tasks within 11 months for our members. Currently, we have eight setups running, which means we’re often busy assisting others, which leaves limited time for our own content.

Our paid promotion charges cover only essential costs such as system setup, electricity, internet, router expenses, maintenance, staff salaries, office rent, and other minor costs. The photo shows our current working setup.

No. 10: Our Paid Promotion Charges

We’ll explain membership steps later, but currently, we charge new YouTubers an initial fee of 1,500 INR (1,250 for tasks and a monthly fee of 300). You can join with this initial payment, and from the next month onward, you only need to pay 250 INR per month for the watch time.

Once you start earning from YouTube, your monthly income could range from 20K to 30K INR, making the 250 INR fee quite manageable. This covers our minimal earnings for the support we provide, as we also have other services at our PC center to help cover costs.

Here’s a breakdown of our monthly of Basic investment expenses:

electricity bill is around 4,200+ INR, maintenance charges are over 4000 INR, Shop or office rent monthly is 12,000 INR,

Internet range from 8,000 to 9,000 INR.

With such low fees, you can see that supporting others is challenging. However, we aim to let you focus on content creation, leaving the rest to us.

No. 11 : How to get our membership?

We will provide all the details via email. We cannot share our contact number because it causes inconvenience in our work. A QR code will be sent to your email, which you can scan to make your payment. Our email address is mentioned in the description of this video. You can also get information and payment options through WhatsApp Messenger, which is also mentioned in the description.

What do you need to do?

First, you need to click on the latest video on our channel and like the video. Then subscribe to the channel and comment "I am agree". If you do not subscribe to our channel, your channel or video will not appear in our system, and we will not be able to assist you. Simply sending your channel link will not get you the benefits we want to provide. Hence, subscribing to our channel is mandatory.

Currently, we are working with 117 new YouTubers. A channel link will be sent to your email from our side. You also need to subscribe to that channel so your watch time can increase two to three times. All our contact information is mentioned in the video description, except the contact number.

A YouTuber can increase their income by improving views and watch time on their content. Once we receive your payment, we will send you an email stating that we have started working on your channel. You can observe whether the work is genuinely happening or not. Only those who trust us should connect with us. We are not forcing anyone to join us.

Our job is to establish communication between you and other YouTubers to help each other grow channels. After your channel is monetized, we will guide you on what to do and what not to do in the next blog.

No. 12: Conditions for Channel Monetization

If your channel gets permanently deleted by YouTube during this process, you can create a new channel and avail the benefits of the old channel by paying a rejoining fee of ₹1,250. The monthly fee will remain the same. As long as you continue to pay the monthly fee, we will keep working for you. The date for depositing the monthly fee is fixed by us and will be sent to you in the first email.

You can send the payment screenshot to our WhatsApp Messenger and grow your channel. To earn money while staying at home, YouTube is the best platform. You will also need to join and follow our Facebook YT group to monitor your channel's progress. Our team updates the Facebook YT group daily at 9 PM.

Finally, I just want to say that if you want to make money from YouTube, trust us and join our team.
